FAQ

Where should I park?

Parking located behind the venue off Johnson Street.

Please note, the back overflow area behind the car park does not belong to The Guildford Hotel. We encourage patrons not to park there, and instead recommend parking at the train station car park for a small fee. We are not liable for any damage caused to your vehicle or yourself if you park in the space.

Can I get to The Guildford by train?

Guildford train station is a 2 minute walk from The Guildford Hotel. Guildford station is on the Midland line from Perth Station to Midland. From Perth Station, the train takes 20 minutes. Trains run until just after midnight back to Perth Station

Are children allowed?

Minors are more than welcome but must be with a parent or legal guardian at all times.

Can I bring my dog?

We welcome our furry friends on the front verandah on James Street and in our beer garden.

Is there wheelchair access?

Yes, we do have access to the venue via a ramp on James street.

What’s the dress code?

We’re pretty casual by day but a little less casual by night 🙂 No high vis or steel cap boots after 6pm.

Can I bring a cake and decorations?

You are very welcome to bring a cake and no cakeage fee is charged. Decorations are also fine but must not be messy or interfere with other patrons.

Do you cater for dietaries?

Our menu has a range of options that can accommodate for vegetarian, vegan and gluten free diets. Please note all dietaries when you are placing a booking, for or any specific dietaries not listed please reach out to our team to confirm options.

Do you show sports?

Major sports are shown across the venue, please keep your eye on our What’s Up page!

Can I request a specific location in the venue?

Our team do take requests for certain seating locations and will do our best to accommodate this for you on the day, however this is not guaranteed. Just make a note in the booking notes if you would like to request an area.

COVID-19

In the event of government enforced lockdowns that impacts your booking, our friendly team will reach out to you about your booking. All pre-paid bookings will be refunded in full, and any credit card captures will not be charged.
