Join us in the beer garden for an evening of smoked meats, plus tips and tricks of the trade from our Pit Master.
We’ll talk to you about the meat, how to select a cut and prep it. We’ll then demonstrate how we rub, glaze and smoke our meats, then serve to you with a feasting selection of our best smoked stuff, with sides and a dessert. $79pp including three drinks.
